Frequently Asked Questions

Learn how Attune reads the signals shaping buyer belief, turns findings into prioritized GTM work, supports approved execution, and verifies whether the market moved.

What Attune Is

What does Attune do?

Attune is the Continuous GTM platform. It reads the surfaces that shape buyer belief — AI assistants, search, citations, publisher coverage, reviews, comparison pages, and owned content — then turns those signals into prioritized work orders your team can execute and verify. The goal is not another dashboard. It is a loop from market signal to shipped work to measured outcome.

What is Continuous GTM?

Continuous GTM is the operating model for markets that change faster than quarterly planning cycles. Attune continuously collects market, performance, and internal signals; interprets what buyers are learning; prioritizes the work orders that should change the market; helps teams or agents execute them; and retests whether the answer, citation, page, or ranking actually moved.

Why does this matter for my company?

Buyers are forming opinions before they ever visit your site, fill out a form, or talk to sales. AI assistants, search platforms, publisher pages, reviews, communities, and competitor content shape who gets considered, how companies are compared, and what objections show up later. Most teams can measure what happens after demand arrives. Attune shows what shaped that demand upstream and what work would improve it.

Is Attune an AI SEO or AI visibility platform?

Not exactly. Attune tracks AI-answer visibility, citations, rankings, and search signals, but it is built around the business outcome: whether the market is learning something that helps or hurts consideration, trust, conversion, monetization, or revenue. We connect visibility to the sources behind it, the work needed to change it, and the evidence that shows whether the fix worked.

How is Attune different from competitors?

Most tools in this space stop at presence — visibility, rankings, mentions, citations, or content workflows. Attune closes the loop instead: it diagnoses the source behind a signal, turns it into a prioritized work order, helps the right team or agent execute it, and verifies whether the market actually moved. Your team leaves with work to do and a way to prove whether it mattered.

Are you a service or software?

Both. Attune is software for continuously collecting signals, creating work orders, coordinating approved execution, and verifying outcomes. We also offer services for teams that want help scoping the right questions, interpreting findings, managing research, or turning the work into a clear GTM plan. Some customers use Attune mainly as a platform; others pair it with strategic and managed support.

How It Works

What environments does Attune monitor?

Attune captures how your company, competitors, and category are understood across the surfaces buyers actually use — AI assistants like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, and Claude, plus search, publisher coverage, comparison pages, review sites, communities, and the broader web. Depending on scope, it can also draw on first-party context such as your CMS, docs, product information, and analytics.

What does Attune mean by prompts, answers, citations, pages, and synthesis?

Prompts are buyer-style questions used to test how the market answers discovery, decision, comparison, and trust moments. Answers are the AI or search responses buyers see. Citations are the sources those answers reference or rely on. Pages are what those sources actually teach. Synthesis is the conclusion the buyer walks away with after everything gets compressed into a recommendation, comparison, or objection.

Can Attune trace conclusions and competitor comparisons back to sources?

Yes. Attune compares how platforms frame you against competitors, then traces answers and claims back to the sources, citations, pages, publishers, reviews, and owned materials shaping them. That shows which inputs reinforce the right story, which ones create confusion, and where competitor framing, stale pages, missing proof, or weak third-party signals are affecting how buyers interpret you.

Can we ask Attune questions in natural language?

Yes. Attune includes an AI layer tuned to your company, category, competitors, connected context, and captured market signals. You can ask what is shaping buyer perception, why an objection keeps appearing, which sources drive a comparison, what changed since the last scan, or which work should move first.

How often is the data refreshed?

Refresh cadence depends on scope and surface. Many AI, search, citation, and page reads can run daily or continuously. Deeper research pulls run weekly, monthly, or around key moments — launches, competitive shifts, pricing changes, or campaign beats — when the market is most likely to move.

Work, Agents, and Verification

What is Growth Inbox?

Growth Inbox is Attune's prioritized queue of work orders. Each work order connects the market signal to its evidence, business impact, recommended fix, owner, acceptance criteria, and verification plan. It turns "we found something" into "here is the next work order, why it matters, who should do it, and how we will know whether it worked."

What are Attune AI agents?

Attune runs a team of specialist AI agents, each built for a specific GTM job. Strategist agents interpret market signals, prioritize what matters, and turn findings into work orders, while background agents run automatically on schedules and triggers — researching, drafting, updating, and shipping approved work through the systems you connect, like Webflow, Shopify, and Google Workspace, plus approved connections to your internal tools. Humans keep control of judgment, permissions, approvals, and publishing gates.

Do you create AI-generated content?

Attune is not built to flood the internet with AI-generated content. The system identifies what needs to change and why, then helps draft or prepare approved fixes when that is the right action. Sometimes the work is rewriting an owned page, adding proof, improving a comparison page, briefing a publisher, updating a battlecard, or correcting stale documentation. The point is not more content. The point is the right fix against the revenue leak.

Can Attune integrate with our existing tools?

Yes. Attune is built around plugins and connectors, so your market, analytics, CMS, docs, and execution systems become usable context. Common connections include analytics and Search Console, Webflow, Shopify, Google Workspace, and Slack-style workflows, plus approved connections to internal tools through MCP.

How does Attune verify outcomes?

After a work order ships, Attune reruns the relevant prompts, searches, citation checks, and page reads, then compares the new evidence to the baseline. Outcomes are labeled plainly — helped, no movement yet, regressed, or needs more data — so teams can see whether the work moved the market or needs another pass.

Getting Started

Who is Attune for?

Attune is for companies where AI-assisted research can change consideration, trust, conversion, monetization, or revenue protection. That includes B2B SaaS companies, publishers, marketplaces, consumer brands, entertainment teams, healthcare teams, and enterprises with a real digital footprint and a team that can act. The most common users are Marketing, SEO & Content, AEO / AI Search, Brand Strategy, PR & Comms, Sales & Revenue, and leadership.

What does an engagement look like?

Every engagement starts by defining the companies, competitors, categories, connected systems, buyer questions, and target market beliefs that matter most. From there, Attune collects signals, structures the intelligence, creates prioritized work orders, and helps your team see what the market is learning before buyers reach your funnel. Engagements can stay focused on platform access or expand into services, managed research, strategic analysis, and ongoing workflow support.

How much does Attune cost?

Platform access starts at $3,000 per month on an annual contract and scales based on the number of brands, properties, competitors, categories, integrations, and monitoring depth. Services start at $5,000 per month, and one-time reports or audits start at $10,000. We scope pricing around your market and use case, not a seat count.

How long does onboarding take?

Onboarding depends on scope. A focused project can start after one joint setup session. Broader deployments may include prompt design, competitor setup, analytics or CMS connections, workflow design, and approval rules for agent-assisted work. The goal is to make sure the right signals are being collected and the right teams know how to act from day one.

How do we measure ROI?

We start with actions and revenue-adjacent signals, not vanity metrics. First: did Attune surface weak answers, missing proof, damaging comparisons, or stale pages — and did your team fix them? From there, we look for movement where money shows up: cleaner competitor framing, fewer repeated objections, stronger consideration, and better conversion. The test is whether the market changed, not whether a dashboard number ticked up.

Who is Attune not a fit for?

Attune is usually not a fit for teams that only want traffic, rankings, keyword volume, vanity share-of-voice, one-off screenshots, or a passive dashboard. It works best when revenue is on the line, comparison matters, trust matters, AI can shape the buying journey, there is enough footprint to inspect, and the team can take action. If nobody owns pipeline, conversion, monetization, or revenue protection, we will usually recommend bringing that owner into the conversation before moving forward.
