Are you a service or software?
Both. Attune is a software platform with a service layer on top. The base subscription includes our data platform (dashboards and API). Research Assistant and Agent are optional add-ons with separate pricing, so you can expand into deeper analysis and workflows when you are ready. We also provide managed services for deeper engagements - things like ad-hoc research projects, strategic analysis, and expanded data collection scopes. The software and service reinforce each other.
Do you use AI to generate content?
No. Attune does not create or publish content on your behalf. We are a data and intelligence platform. Some customers use insights from our system to inform their content strategy, but the decision of what to create and publish is entirely theirs. We believe understanding what the market is learning about you is more valuable than producing more content for the sake of volume.
What environments does Attune monitor?
Attune captures how your company is being understood across major AI assistants, search, publisher coverage, comparison pages, review sites, and the broader web. What is an Agent?
An Agent is a company-tuned AI agent that works through scheduled workflows and responds to direct requests. You can talk to it and it will pull data, run analysis, research a prospect, or execute whatever is in its toolkit. Agents compound over time by learning how your company works, what matters internally, and what actually moves the needle. They connect to Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other messenger tools.
Can Attune integrate with our existing tools?
Yes. We offer an MCP server you can connect to, we're building a CLI, and our Agent can connect to various messenger tools including Slack, WhatsApp, and Telegram. We're actively expanding integrations based on customer needs.
How often is the data refreshed?
We work with you to define the right cadence for your use case. Some customers need weekly monitoring, others want deeper pulls on a monthly basis or around specific events like product launches or competitive shifts. The system is flexible.

What does an engagement look like?
Every engagement starts with a base platform subscription that includes data collection, dashboard access, and API. From there, you can add Research Assistant for deeper analytical work and Agent for continuous workflows—each is priced separately. Many customers also use our managed services for ad-hoc research projects and strategic analysis. The structure is designed to land with a core system and expand over time.
How much does Attune cost?
The base platform starts at $3,000 a month and scales based on the number of brands or properties tracked. That includes the data platform (dashboards and API). Research Assistant and Agent are optional add-ons with separate pricing. We're happy to walk through pricing based on your specific needs.
How long does onboarding take?
We work with your team to get properly set up for your use case. Onboarding can happen in as little as one joint session. We make sure the right data is being collected, the right questions are being asked, and your team knows how to use the system from day one.
